Bayroo is a collection of people who like to throw around terms like cutting-edge and motivated, but what we really are is efficient – we like to get inventive with modest budgets, we look beyond the destination objective and, more than anything, try to figure out life’s great questions, like ‘what is the best way to cut cake?’.
Co-founded by Nisayuru Basnayake & Dinesh Rajanayagam on the principal cost - effective creativity, Bayroo comprises eight highly motivated professionals who dedicate their time and effort to provide the most efficient service possible.

Nisayuru is a creative lead in every sense of the word. Not only is he passionate about his work, he makes a constant effort to drive his team towards achieving their fullest potential. Nisayuru loves to experiment. If there is any word that does not describe him, it’s “conventional”! He more often than not seeks to give solutions to his clients that are beyond the usual way of doing things! Something outside of the box.

Dinesh with over 12 years of experience in Brand Marketing currently heads operations at Bayroo , an agency he
co-founded. A 70's kid at heart, he simultaneously complains and profits
from advertising. His spare time is spent surfing, hiking and traveling the world. When in doubt Travel. A motto for he
